Remote case support

This could be to answer a quick question, to offer a full case review, or for something in between!


Calls are welcomed around the clock, as it's understood that challenging cases can crop up at any time. Being a personal service instant availability can't always be guaranteed, but a time to speak can usually be arranged quickly. Knowing that you will always speak to the same person you can be confident that you’ll receive a warm and knowledgeable response.

 

Zoë understands that practical and financial factors influence the options for case management. Using her in- field experience together with your knowledge of the case and owner, you can discuss a workable solution for each case.

 

Ongoing advice and support will be provided free of charge for cases that have been seen by Specialist Equine Medical Services.

 

How does it work?

Call or WhatsApp Zoë on 07990 306 793 whenever you would like support with a case. If you are looking for a friendly chat about a difficult case or situation Zoë will be glad to talk and to help find a solution. Interactive online consultations can also easily be arranged, if sharing of images and other diagnostic results is required.


Remote consultation fees include an initial consultation and two additional follow up calls. Please get in touch for a remote services price list.
